Very new to the to real estate investment. Been in transportation management for 25 years. 2015 I started my own peoperty preservation business as part tiling to turn into full time to retire from transportation. I have been in so many foreclosed homes in my new business in my area and seeing some homes sitting years empty and falling apart. Made the decision after hours weeks months of research and teaching myself about real estate investment, I've learned I know a fraction still. I hope bigger pockets teaches me more then I have done on my own to turn real estate into anoth retirement investment.
