My name is Cristhian Acosta I am a RE Investor/Music Producer. Our company provide all different types of debt and equity capital for commercial real estate. We are a correspondent lender for several major lending institutions. All income property types - office, hotel, retail, warehouse, apartments. We can provide JV Equity, Pref Equity and Mezz Debt, as well as senior debt. Hard money loans too. We also invest for our own account sometimes, but only value-add or distressed where we can achieve high returns.
