I invest in Multifamily deals that cash flow day one . I use creative financing , private investors, joInt ventures, master lease options abd seller financing . If asset doesmt return a 12-15% IRR easIly I dont buy. I love small boutique waterfront apartments but am bidding on large complexes and portfolios . Looking to work with or help like minded investors !! I can also consult for anyone wanting to turn around their multifamily properties and make them shine and cash flow properly
