Hey there fellow investors and community at large, I'm Mike. I'm currently in the early stages of my investing career and trying to find ways to break into the market. Finding BP was like a wake up call and fire starter for a passion I'd had my whole life. House hack wasn't the label back then, but it's what my mom did after my parents divorced. It took remodeling and renting parts of our house to keep a roof over our heads while she pursued higher education. From those roots, house hacking and maximizing space was a second nature I really enjoyed. All these years later I've been reminded of that joy after having to remodel again for a business we started together. Then after some internet searches I found this amazing community. Like many others at this point I am still learning as much as possible to become a competent professional. I'll get there eventually, promise. Until then I'll continue reading and learning from this fantastic resource. I very much look forward to this journey ahead.
