I have worked a regular job my entire life, always living paycheck to paycheck. I'm sick of having no control of my financial future and I'm fairly certain that real estate is the only stable thing left in the world. I need to learn about getting into real estate, but have no money of my own to invest. I have an entire team of contractors at my disposal, as I have family working in nearly every aspect of construction. If I can just find a way to get into that first fixer, I know I could flip it and start being on my way!
