I have been a Realtor in the Fort Hood area since 2013. The only reason I started in real estate was to learn how to invest. I remember reaching out to agents before getting my license and they did not want to even answer my questions without a buyers rep. This frustrated me to become a realtor. I have done residential sales, property/portfolio management, and now commercial sales. Needless to say, I have expertise in residential and commercial real estate. I have helped numerous people fulfill their dreams of ownership and worked with several investors. I know I have the knowledge but NOW is time to put that into action.
