Hello, Pjonique Properties LLC is the name of my company. I'm just starting out as an RE Investor and am currently three months old! I also have about five years of general contracting experience. The idea/niche for my company is to obtain fixer-upper/handy-man special homes and remodel them back to their original market value or add to the value of the home. Since I am new, I would like to hold one to the first few homes and rent them out - to start the R/E profile, then do fix/remodel and flip homes and wholesaling.
