I develop lucrative investment deals so that my partners and investors can earn safe and consistent profits. I've worked in real estate since 2005 as a developer, investor, builder and rehabber, in 2009 I moved to Florida and partnered up with my buddy who left his job as head of acquisitions for Crescent Heights to open up a new real estate investment and management fund in south Florida. Since then we have done dozens of deals all yielding 20-30% ROI. I became a realtor in NY in 2013 and we expanded to the NYC and the tri state area. I have over a decade experience in commercial and residential real-estate development, brokerage, acquisition and management. I have done millions of dollars in real-estate deals and have worked as heads of acquisition department for large multinational developers. I am also a partner of several other companies as well as a licensed NY real estate agent. Due to my business and international background I occasionally consult individuals and companies on investment strategies especially in Oil & Gas and real estate industries. My most recent project is an Oil and Gas investment company in Texas, which I manage along with several very successful individuals. I also invest in mortgage notes as well as startups and have founded several successful businesses. Since mid 2014 I have diversified in to the oil industry.
