I am a student (no-traditional as I went back later than the norm -- which I think is an advantage, truly) and a full-time EXCITED real estate investor. I have renovated several homes and have had a passion for homes and buildings since I was 7 years old and brought my first book about the Truman White House renovation home from the school library! My Mother, being intuitive and wise, provided me with building toys and books about houses at an early age. At 40, I am ready to make this my full time career and I am ACTIVELY looking for deals throughout the United States and for investment partners, and GOOD DEALS on which to perform "down to the studs" renovations.
