After putting my Education Degree to work, I quickly realized that I needed a change in environment . I did some research and found that I am very interested in learning about real estate. During this research I found that their is a big community here at bigger pockets so I came here to learn and teach others as much as I can. Experience: I am in the early stages of my real estate investing journey. I bought my first home to live in and turn into a buy and hold rental property. I rented that house out while then I bought my 1st duplex living in one side and renting out the other one. I lived in flipped 1 side and have moved back to my 1st rental to start the next chapter of my Real Estate Journey, which is becoming a Realtor in my market. I am at a odd time for my investing career where I dont qualify for Bank loans due to moving from a W2 to a 1099 job. I want to keep learning about the investments in my market so I will be able to provide value to my clients and eventually to my portfolio. My primary real estate goals: (Financial Independence) - Build a buy and hold real estate portfolio that will triple my expenses while working a full time job. (Retire Early) - Transition from working a full time into building a system that will be self sustaining with increasing growth. (Philanthropy) - Work with at risk youth to ensure they can provide financially for their family with real estate as the primary vehicle. Currently Seeking: Investors that need an agent that know the investment side of real estate along with the knowledge of the local market.
