"Lack of perspective can slow anyone down for a long period of time" Guy Jean. After I lost 2 personal houses and a business right before I got out of active duty in 2010, I contemplated Real Estate Investing. Unfortunately, I did not see enough the big picture and what I could get from becoming a real estate investor at that time. I went back to school and got a Masters Degree in Public Administration and worked for DoD as a Financial Analyst for over 4 years until I fully understand that I am an entrepreneur and a job could never give me the financial freedom and time I need. In 2017, I have decided to get to real estate investing and that was the biggest decision ever made in my life.
