Worked as a property adjuster for a fortune 500 insurance company for 18yrs. I'm now branching out to do real estate investments with, No Limit Flips, LLC. My objective is to provide a relief service for homeowners who have properties that's causing them problems. With wholesaling as a main concentration, I don't want to limit the exit strategies that are available to the homeowner's. So, want to be proficient in it all. But, I think wholesaling is the quickest way to get in the game and acquire the most knowledge. With that, I'd like to network with other REI's in N. Louisiana to bounce information about Louisiana Attorney's, state laws, legal ways to market in our state, etc. I checked http://nationalreia.com, but, it looks like the closest is going to be New Orleans. Really hoping to find one closer....at least in Shreveport. I also need to establish a buyer's list for the area. Coming across really good wholesale properties, but, no immediate buyers. I can market properties, but, I'd rather have a list of prospective buyers....who wouldn't right?!! Looking forward to this new adventure and all of the great relationships I build along the way!!
