I'm a real estate investor based in California. I’m currently finishing the rehab of a property that was gifted to my wife as her grandma can no longer live alone and moved in with us —I consider it my first project — which I’ve managed end-to-end: planning, contracting, budgeting, and now preparing for refinance. Through this process I became deeply interested in real estate investing and decided to scale my operations in a structured, long-term way. After researching several markets, I’ve chosen Charlotte, NC as my primary investment hub due to its strong fundamentals, growth potential. I’ll be co-managing projects remotely with the goal of deploying $1M in capital into fix & flips, small infill developments, and rental conversions over the next 12–18 months.
