My wife and I are new to Albuquerque, NM and have a couple of investment properties back in the midwest (Iowa and Illinois) I have always worked on my own homes, from landscaping and painting to complete tear out and rebuild of a bathroom including all plumbing and electrical. Technician by trade, Nuclear by education but would like to do something else with my life other than what I am currently doing. Experience: Two SFHs back in the Midwest. One property was a foreclosure that needed some work and the other was basically a house hack we turned into a rental. Currently Seeking: Information on buy/holds, flips and just general information.
