Denver is home, currently based in Singapore. Day job has me traveling the world while managing a portfolio of rentals, residential developments, and land-banking for mixed use developments. Creative deal-making is my game. Experience: I have been investing in Real Estate since 2005 when I went through one of Robert Allen's weekend trainings. It was well worth it. Have owned and sold properties, rentals, built and sold 7-unit development townhouse project with several more pieces of land in the pipeline. Founded RE Investment Company with 3 other partners in 2014. Real Estate Goals: To continue growing my experience and leveraging up into larger projects and deals. Ultimately I would like to do some large scale warehouse conversoins as well as own several NNN Commercial Properties.
