Naketa is skilled in modeling real estate investments and has knowledge of DCF, NPV, IRR and cash flow models. Her highly-developed verbal and written communication skills along with her strong financial and analytical ability make her a valuable asset. Over 15 years of residential and commercial property management experience of a very diverse portfolio of assets. Naketa is a Managing Real Estate Broker for the state of Illinois with over 15 years of real estate experience. She specializes in property management and investment properties. In addition, she is a member of the NAIOP- Commercial Real Estate Development Association, Chicago Apartment Association, Heartland Realtor Association and currently attending the Masters in Real Estate program at Roosevelt University.
