I'm a real estate agent that is licensed in IN and IL and I also work for an investor that is based out of Griffith, IN and help him manage his flip and rental rehabs. Experience: I've been in the real estate "game" for over 8 years now. The majority of those 8 years have been spent wholesaling properties where I've been heavily involved in selling over 500 properties in that time. Over the past few year I've been more involved in flipping properties and have been involved in flipping 40-50 properties a year.
