I was an unintentional landlord of a condo and a single family house for about 10 years. I learned a ton through trial and error. Now armed with that knowledge and leveraging BP, I am planning to jump back into REI with small multi-family residential properties in 2020. Initially I am looking to start locally in the N.Y.
