I'm a native Californian, born and raised in the greater southern California region. I received my education and professional training over many years working through out California/Nevada in regional managerial positions with major automotive / equipment finance corporations. Through out my professional career I was often referred to as the “go to guy.” Being an auditor/analyst/regional manager for several years, I developed a unique background and training in sales and operations management. I often traveled, heading up special projects and performing training sessions. My specialty was in the area of auto/equipment commercial real estate and finance, this is part of the reason why a few years ago, I chose to transition to a career in real estate. As a private real estate investor for many years, I personally owned and managed a dozen or so, residential income properties, such as single family homes, townhouses, condominiums and small (2-4) multifamily properties. I enjoyed assisting my tenants who were planning to purchase a new home or income property. As a Realtor/Investor, I consider it a privilege in assisting my clients to sale or acquire that special place to call home and or investment property. Now when it comes to residential income properties, I'm your, “go to guy.”
