Hey, my name is Nate. I am new to real estate and hungry to learn more. I am here to network and help in anyway I can. My goal is to find private money lenders and BRRRR properties. I am only 28 but have over 10 years experience in construction. I am currently a commercial HVAC supervisor/technician with a universal EPA certificate.
