I just made a big change and moved to Columbus, Ohio in Jan 2021. I was a Realtor in Los Angeles for 7 years, but made the switch to real estate investor with my beautiful wife, Talia. We have 3 doors so far, one duplex and one SFR. We just started rehab on the duplex (2/15/21) and we hope to BRRRR that one. The SFR needs a ton of work and the exit strategy on that one is TBD. I'll keep you posted!
