Hi all! My name is Nate. I'm a Loan Originator licensed in PA and real estate investor. I started my real estate Journey in college where I purchased my first BRRRR. I was I biology/chemistry geek switched to economics geek in my later college years. I started out on my first property swinging a hammer BRRRRing the property my self. Since graduating college I have increased my portfolio to 3 properties (6 units total) where I worked as a assistant property manager on a 150+ unit real estate portfolio. During this time I was in charge of portfolio projections, rent collection, portfolio analysis, leasing, and renovation management. As I continued to find myself and dive into the realm of real estate analytics and macro economics, becoming a Loan Originator and getting into the mortgage industry was a easy decision. My passion is to help individuals realize the massive wealth creation potential of equity whether it be in an investment property or primary residence. Equity is one of, if not the greatest, wealth creation tools available to everyone today.
