Decided real estate was my ticket to financial freedom during my high school economics course. Went to college and received a four year bachelors degree in real estate from Cal State Northridge. Once I graduated I decided I enjoyed residential and multi-family so for 5 years I worked full time in brokerage as a real estate agent in the greater LA area. I did fairly well for myself and in 2018 was able to reach my goal a year early of purchasing my first property before 27 years old. I now house hack the property I purchased, and have recently decided to work as an agent on a more part time basis. My goal is to make money flipping and wholesaling as a means to acquire passive cash flowing properties that will eventually allow me to focus more on family, friends, hobbies, travel, and learning new things.
