My husband, Michael Bach, and I became accidental landlords twice from our primary homes. We are seeing the benefits of real estate investing and want to increase our investment portfolio with house hacking while BRRRing SFH and multifamily properties and pivoting toward short term rentals. We recently relocated from Kodiak, AK to Kanab, UT where we BRRR'd a single family into a short term rental. We are looking to acquire more short term and long term rentals in Kanab or nearby southern Utah markets and long term rentals in Prescott, AZ and Duluth, MN, where our families are located. Would love to chat with folks with experience or knowledge of those geographic areas and people into the short term rental space.
