Hello Biggerpockets Community !! I started on this path of decisioning to invest in real estate back on September of 2014. I have finally got some skin in the game with my first investment with the return almost doubling my all in investment BUY+REHAB+HOLDING COST= DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH..I have a business plan and I'm looking to start some joint ventures to create great opportunity for the near future. Experience: I attended a real estate investing academy in California back on 2014. I started my own real estate delvopment llc. Real Estate Goals: I would like to build more experience in flipping houses, investing, and become a smart investor. One of my main goals is to build a multi-family portfolio. I would like to become a property manager and work myself up to be a professional real estate investor. Currently Seeking: I'm an open book willing to explore any avenue that will help me level myself up.
