Hello BP! I am an ambitious, disciplined, self-motivated and hard-working new real estate investor with a full-time job looking to invest in multifamily rentals in the Portland, Oregon area. I am just a rat stuck deep in a rat race looking for a way out. I make a decent income from my W-2 job but find that the more I work the less I have in my bank account. I am a single father of two children and have been missing out on some of their childhood due to all the overtime I have been picking up.
