Hello me and my husband are new to Real Estate Investing. We purchased our first 4 unit building in Michigan after attending a webinar this year that Brandon Turner hosted on buying your next deal in 90 days. We are currently house hacking one of the units while we update the property. We currently work full time and want to transition to real estate related work. We are currently interested in buying multi-family properties with seller financing 4-Plexes or more to be exact with the goal of owning 1112+ doors in Apartment Buildings and Complexes within the next 10 years.
