Nicholas DiPasquale

Hello BP friends! My name is Nicholas and I am diving headfirst into the world of real estate. Though a little late to the game, the bug was always there, starting with my teenage years helping my uncles on rehabs and new builds. College came during the dot com boom, however, which drew me towards technology. I hold a Computer Systems Engineering degree from Boston University and co-founded a data analytics startup before entering the corporate world. After living in 10 states and overseas, I fell in love with Colorado and settled in Denver in early 2018. I left my corporate gig in mid-2019 to focus solely on real estate investing. I am an analytics junkie who loves finding + executing inventive strategies to complex problems -- traits I am finding play perfectly in the real estate community. My personal goals are threefold: (1) to make good on a promise to the one I love most in this world; (2) to help my mom transition into retirement with passive income; and (3) to be present in the daily lives of the people I care about in my life (including my own!). My mission is to utilize my passion for real estate to help others, while serving as an example of success that will shape the future of the industry and our society. I aim to accomplish this through note investing, community building, and applying my knowledge of technology and systems to real estate. I am excited to be part of such a great network...
