My strategy is to simply leverage my cash, my time, my (limited) home improvement skills, and my high credit score into income. I have SFR rental property in Baytown, TX and have a goal to have 10 SFRs by the end of 2020. I'm interested in partnering with an experienced individual to find a MFR or small apartment in the Houston area.
