Nicholas Johnson

I founded ListWise (www.listwise.com) in 2022 with the goal of empowering homeowners to get the most money and best results when they sell their home by helping them hire a great agent using an incentive contract tied to the sale price of the home. Before founding ListWise, I spent 17 years at PIMCO, a large asset management company, where I ran a large, successful hedge fund. I have a master's degree in financial mathematics from the University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
