Nicholas Matthew Coca

Hello! My name is Nicholas Matthew Coca, for the most part I just go by Matt. I’m a 22 year old project engineer/manager for a commercial electrical corporation. Soon to be Associates of Science in Business Management and ambitious to grow my wealth. I’ve been employed full time since 18 and newly married with some money in the bank. My wife is studying nursing at Cal State Fullerton and we’re looking at how we can get a jump start into our future finances. Very interested in REI and looking at the possibility of buying and rehabbing properties for rental income.
