My current job is at my family owned and operated general contracting company, called Affronti Property Solutions, LLC. (Licensed, Bonded, Insured, A+ Rating on BBB). Our company works with professional real-estate developers and property managers in the Phoenix area. Affronti Property Solutions is also a SAM vendor for Fannie Mae. Utilizing our contracting services, I am looking to start flipping homes in the Valley, along with buy and hold properties. Mainly focusing on single and multi-family residential properties.
