I am 22 years old currently working on obtaining my insurance license, so financially I need too be smart as the beginning doesn't bring a strong income. But I have always been very interested in real estate and wanting too invest and make money now and for my future retirement. Although without any experience and knowledge its scary or tough too take the risk of investing in real estate. But I enjoy reading post from experienced investors as they know what they are talking about clearly.
