I am a full-time equities investor that is looking to get into real estate via Buy & Hold investing. My goal is to learn as much as possible about passive real estate investing and make my first purchase within the next 12-18 months. I’m a University of Iowa Alum that was born and raised in the Western Suburbs of Chicago (Elmwood Park). I currently reside in Chicago, but have lived in San Francisco, Carlsbad, and Iowa City.
