Experience: Our partnership owns and operates larger multifamily properties in Northwestern Wisconsin. We're looking to grow and add to our portfolio as we expand west towards the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul, and East towards Eau Claire, Wausau, and Stevens Point. Currently Seeking: Multi Family properties of 30+ units in the western, central and Fox Valley areas of Wisconsin.
