Hey BiggerPockets! My name is Nick Irving, and I am a technology consultant and real estate investor living in the San Francisco Bay Area. I have been involved in real estate since 2014 when I joined the commercial firm CBRE. There, I spent five years leading technology teams to build products for CBRE's brokers and fell in love with all things real estate. I am actively seeking to invest in the Kansas City Market, build relationships with high-achievers, and continue my journey to financial freedom through real estate.
