Hi everyone, I am a new real estate investor from Greenfield Indiana. I am an Army Veteran who now does IT work for a major healthcare system. After reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad my mindset changed and I realized I don't want to work for money for the rest of my life which led me to real estate investing. I am looking for value-add opportunities in small multifamily properties with my main focus being on cash flow. I look forward to meeting other like minded people through BP and especially people in my area.
