I’m a newbie to REI, I became interested after reading the book, Rich Dad Poor Dad. I am determined to transition from left to right side of the cash flow quadrant. I am interested in doing deals in Orlando, FL. My longterm strategy is to build a portfolio to Buy & Hold single and multifamily unit properties. Right now, I am looking for my first Wholesale and/or Lease Option deal to get my feet wet. I am eager to learn and build my network of RE professionals (newbie or mentors).
