I am a project manager at Interspace Construction LLC in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Interspace focuses primarily on commercial interior build-outs for common areas, office, retail, and medical spaces, but we have experience in residential and ground up construction as well. Personally, I have a background in natural resources management with an interest in sustainable development. I currently own 11 rental units and looking to grow. I started my own LLC called Nu Range Development which I did for several reasons, beyond financial freedom. I believe strongly in sustainable development and the positive impacts it can have on communities and the world. I think we have an obligation to live with and take care of our natural world and I think that sustainable real estate development can be a bridge the gap between the way we currently live and having a brighter future to leave behind. Nu Range Development currently seeks to invest in existing single family and multi-family homes, redevelop/renovate them with sustainable upgrades, and then rent or sell the properties. Long term goals include redeveloping old industrial buildings and urban land into large scale vertical farms. I believe that sustainability can be both profitable yet affordable, with benefits to the Environment, economic growth, and social wellbeing. A partner and I also started Middle Coast Real Estate holdings LLC which is a buy and hold company looking to BRRRR properties in the Wisconsin Region. We are also considering turning some properties into VRBO properties and testing that market.
