Private Equity Fund Manager focused on Distress Real Estate Assets and Mortgage Notes. We purchase discounted REO and Note pools from the national banks, servicers, and GSEs. Our policy and practice is to pass a significant portion of the discounted pricing on to local investor/rehabbers for cash or seller finance to owner-occupants via CFD/Land Sale Contracts. We do not arbitrage or trade with other institutional traders or hedge funds. We currently have approximately 1000 assets and notes across our portfolios.
