My name is Omayra. Originally from NYC, I’ve proudly called Central Florida home since 1996. I’m married with two sons and have been entrepreneurial most of my adult life. In 2004, I launched a stone and tile installation company where I managed a full team of 10 completing high-end residential and commercial projects. After successfully operating the business for several years, I sold it to focus full-time on real estate investing. My background includes residential and multifamily investments, and I am now actively expanding into RV parks and mobile home parks. I’m focused on acquiring cash-flowing assets with long-term upside in strong secondary and tertiary markets throughout the Southeast. My goal is to build a portfolio of multifamily, RV parks, and mobile home parks that creates long-term wealth, stable cash flow, and greater freedom for my family. I’m looking to connect with experienced operators, investors, lenders, and industry professionals involved in RV parks, mobile home parks, and multifamily real estate.
