Actively working on acquiring 6-8 unit BRRRR deals in St. Louis, MO. I currently work for Subtext Development based out of St. Louis, MO. Most of my experience in real estate comes from my time spent working with the Subtext team on everything from market analysis, land acquisition, underwriting, and construction management. Before working for Subtext, I spent several years in the field with multiple construction trades doing concrete and framing work.
