Hello, I am not actually new to the forum but would like to become a little more involved with the forum. I am an active full time real estate investor and have been so for approximately 4 years. Experience: Wholesaling houses... yes Buy/Hold.... yes Rental units...yes Rehabs.... yes Lending... yes Real Estate Goals: To continue to automate my business and get less and less involved with the day to day activity of my business. Currently Seeking: Deals. Single family houses. Anywhere in Florida. Also seeking to get involved with some commercial deals.
