UPDATE: My wife Mychele and I started buying (LTR) rental properties in August 2020. After purchasing 6-LTRs in 5 months, including a completely new build for our rental pool, we jumped into STRs purchasing 2 Beach Houses in Port St-Joe, in the Florida panhandle, both delivering greater Cashflow. Shortly after that, we bought raw land and we developed from the ground up a Boutique Resort: The Villas at Troon North, located just 300 feet from Troon North golf club in Scottsdale, AZ. We are affiliated with Marriott and working with a great property manager. Last September, as the Villas where going live, I retired from my W2 job after 27 years in the Beverage Alcohol industry working on brand development and sales management. I joined my wife who has been managing our business, together we oversee our portfolio development, find off market deals, and we are making connections with investors & partners who want to grow their retirement, backed by Real Estate assets. Today we have a portfolio worth over $19M. Our last two acquisitions are RV Parks in Missouri. We closed the first one in 51 days with Seller Financing on December 28 2023, in Branson and the second one closing in May 2024, in Carthage. Our plan is to invest and acquire more RV Parks for the next 3 years with a BHAG of owning 10 RV parks by the end of 2024 and 20 by 2026, repositioning them and improving efficiencies. To that end we are in the process of starting our own RV Park Fund. Don't sit on the sidelines... Let's do this!
