My wife and I are relative newbies in our real estate investing journey. We purchased our first Long-Term Rental property in May of 2022 and it has certainly been a learning lesson. We are now focused on moving toward the Mid-Term Rental strategy in our home market of Indianapolis. We have a good agent and lender here in Indy, but are still continuing to network to find our "Core Four" in order to have options when potential properties come on market.
