I am currently working full time on Scott AFB and working on my new SFH in Belleville, IL trying to make it nice by the time I move again in a few years. I have a SFH in Puyallup, WA and Columbus, OH that I am currently renting out. Experience: Virtually none, but eager to learn. I currently own (kinda) three homes in different parts of the country. Real Estate Goals: Find enough properties to buy and hold to supplement my retirement income in about 10 years so I don't have to find another day job. Currently Seeking: Any and all knowledge. I have grandiose plans but realize that I have many shortcomings I need to work through.
