Husband and Wife team investors who both have full time career jobs looking to learn, network, and deal as much as possible to maybe lead into a second career. We live in Connecticut but Home base will be in the Greater Clearwater /Saint Petersburg FL area in about 6 years. We currently have 3 investment properties all are cash flowing . Our target area is west central Connecticut ( mostly New Haven and Litchfield County) and eventually Florida West coast side (Tampa greater metropolis area) . Looking to ramp up our investment on real estate to eventually have financial freedom.
