Paul Hutcherson

I am currently an Assitant Superintendent building a 48 story hightrise on 1st and Folsom in downtown San Francisco. I am looking for a multi family home to primary residence and rent out the other units I’m also currently enrolled in the Contractors state lisence school and will be taking my General B contractors test in August. Prior to moving to the Bay Area I grew up in Jacksonville Beach Florida wear I remodeled kitchens and bathroom while attending the Univerty of North Florida. Upon graduation I worked as a Project Engineer at Disney’s Animal kingdom manageing the guest service venue building of The Land of Pandora (Avatar Land). While I was growing my parents bought euniqu homes that we would remodel over time. This was the catalyst that sparked my interest in construction, design, and ultimately real estate.
