25 years old, CPA, real estate investor looking for Multi-Family deals in the Greater Philadelphia area. I am an avid Philadelphia Sixers fan (sadly for the moment). I consider myself a car "guy" or enthusiast and generally enjoy most types of cars, and by enjoy I mean looking and admiring other people's cars. I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, trying to get back into fishing and most recently got into skiing. I also consider myself a personal finance nerd, a natural gravitational pull from being an accountant?
