I am a Certified Residential Appraiser with an Earth Advantage Accredited Green Appraiser (AGA) designation. I currently offer appraisal products for the primary and secondary lending markets, as well as, products for non-lending purposes such as estate planning, PMI removal, divorce, tax planning, real estate tax appeals and pre-sale valuation. Appraisal reports can be completed for a present value, future values (pre-construction/plans and specs) or a retrospective value for estate settlement (date of death) purposes.
